La suite

Central City Rooms Executive Suite is an independent studio apartment of about 35 square meters, located in via Barozzi 2, close to the historic center of Bologna. Furthermore, the Bologna Fiere exhibition complex, MAMBo, EuropAuditorium, Unipol Arena, Stadio Renato Dall’Ara and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are within easy reach. The apartment boasts a strategic position for those arriving both by train (it is located 300 meters from the Central Station) and by car (just outside the ZTL, on the ring road). Among the various features of the Executive Suite there is also private parking on site, for a fee and upon reservation.
The Central City Rooms Executive Suite apartment consists of a single room, which can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a Queen Size double bed (160×190 cm) and a single bed (on request we can add a second single bed). All our beds have very comfortable orthopedic mattresses to help you rest.
The Executive Suite overlooks the Montagnola park and is extremely bright, but at the same time it is equipped with electric shutters for those who like to sleep in the dark. In the apartment you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, a mini fridge with a few bottles of fresh water and an electric kettle with our selection of infusions and tea.
The bathroom of the Executive Suite is very spacious and features a crystal shower, bidet and comfortable sink with a large mirror. In the bathroom you will also find a dispenser for shower gel, soap and a hairdryer.
All our apartments are equipped with an inverter air conditioning system, individually controlled heating, a 50-inch smart TV, very fast free WiFi and a safe with a personal code.
In the Executive Suite you will find the highest quality Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels, supplied by the professional laundry.
