The apartment

Central City Rooms M09 Apartment is an independent two-room apartment of about 65 square meters, located in via Barozzi 2 close to the historic center of Bologna.
Furthermore, the Bologna Fiere exhibition complex, MAMBo, EuropAuditorium, Unipol Arena, Stadio Renato Dall’Ara and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are within easy reach.
The apartment boasts a strategic position for those arriving both by train (it is located 300 meters from the Central Station) and by car (just outside the ZTL, on the ring road).
Among the various amenities there is also private parking on site, for a fee and by reservation.
M09 Apartment by Central City rooms consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
There is a Queen Size double bed (160x190cm), a single bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. All our beds have very comfortable orthopedic mattresses to help you rest.
The M09 Apartment boasts a small, intimate and functional balcony.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters for those who like to sleep in the dark.
In the apartment you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, a fridge, an electric kettle with our selection of infusions and tea. The M09 Apartment also features a micro-filtered water system, so our guests won’t need to buy bottled water.
The bathroom of the apartment is very spacious and has a crystal shower, bidet and comfortable sink with a mirror.
In the bathroom you will also find a dispenser for shower gel, soap and a hairdryer.
All our apartments are equipped with an inverter air conditioning system, individually controlled heating, a 50-inch smart TV (in each room), very fast free WiFi and a safe with a personal code.
